 Do you know when you have split energy??? Meaning you are saying yes AND no to yourself at the same time.

For most of us we do this a LOT!

We say yes to our vision, our growth, our desires, what we want to create in the world, AND at the same time, we have contradictory energy.

This split energy is often a blind spot for us… until it’s not.

Well, in this week’s VLOG, I’d like to share a new perspective that unveils your blind spots and immediately shifts you from a low vibration (giving away your power and disconnected from your Truth) to a higher vibration (in alignment and in your full power).

When we are aligned, we are in “yes” mode (higher vibration).

  • YES, this is the life I want to do/have/experience. 
  • YES, this is my vision and I’m the creator of my reality (alignment).

BUT IN THE SAME BREATH we may be unknowingly taking ourselves out of this high vibration when we look at certain areas of our life that we aren’t happy with.

  • We may be unconsciously pointing our fingers, blaming something or someone for it being that way (my ex, family, teacher, economy, housing market, stock market crash, landlord, boss…)
  • Even though this can be very subtle, it puts us in “victim mode” (low vibration, not in alignment).

When we state that someone or something did something to us (outside of ourselves), we become disconnected from our truth that we are co-creators of our lives.

Ready for a different perspective?

Listen up… rather than playing the blame game consider this:

Your soul has called these experiences into your life for your learning, for your growth, for your expansion, for your evolution!!!

So, if you really want to grow and expand, when you encounter a situation or person in your life that tells you that you aren’t deserving/worthy/lovable etc., instead of pointing the finger, rise above and recognize it’s a golden opportunity for your expansion!

When you can see it for what it REALLY is – not only do you move into a higher vibration, where you’re in alignment, but there’s a TON OF FREEDOM!

Our society has an incessant need to effort, force, and push our way to success. But, we have it completely backwards!

So, in this week’s VLOG, we dive right into how to stop EFFORTING so much!

We all have true desires and goals we want to achieve; it’s part of the human experience. Maybe it’s travelling, falling in love, giving back to the world, living your healthiest life or perhaps expanding your business.

When you are inspired by a true desire (true = inspired = IN SPIRIT), do you go into EFFORT mode? Does your brain say, ‘HOW do I make this happen?

For most of us, it’s YES!!!! 

We forget that EFFORTING pushes away the thing you are working so hard at getting!!!

How to change your energy from force to flow: 

  1. Stay aligned to Source. Your Inner Being, Spirit, God or Universal Energy has got it all figured out!! (Read that again!) So stay connected to whatever that Source is for you, and focus on feeling good because that open you us to divine guidance. Striving, forcing and efforting takes you out of alignment and pushes away what you are working so hard at getting!
  2. Take inspired aligned action. When you get that true desire from within, instead of disconnecting, STAY CONNECTED to that inspiring energy. You will notice that you are guided, led and able to follow where Source leads you. So, make it a practice to live your life connected to your Source. Plug in and stay plugged in – so you can live on the path of least resistance, WITHOUT THE EFFORT!

Most of us spend WAAAY too much time in our heads.

Right?!

This is so indicative of another archetype I talk about…The Human Do-er.

Especially those of us that are the classic career woman. The driven, Go-Getter. The successful Super Woman who never stops!

But amidst the go go go….we have forgotten how to just BE.

So, in this week’s VLOG, I dive right in with 3 simple, yet very powerful breathing exercises you can use anytime, anywhere to…

  • Calm your nerves, plug back in, and connect back to yourself.
  • Recentre you when you are stressed, overwhelmed or feeling triggered.
  • Ground yourself when you feel scattered or anxious.
  • Help you process emotions and show up authentically.
  • Centre yourself before a sales presentation, meeting or public speaking or a negotiation.

And, it even helps you manifest! (yes!)

Ok, it’s not the sexiest topic, but it’s a powerful process that can anchor you back to you, whenever you are stressed out, triggered or just overwhelmed by what’s going on in the world around us right now.

Because, if you want to be a conscious creator, deliberately creating your life with intention…then you need to remain present as much as you possibly can.

Why?

We can’t manifest if we are in the past or future, and that’s where most of us live. How can we be connected and receive guidance, inspiration or signs if we are connecting to the past or future?

Well, we can’t.

The key to RECEIVE is to be conscious in the HERE and the NOW.

So here are 3 powerful, yet simple, tools that will help you connect back to the present moment, whenever you find yourself becoming disconnected from yourself….

  • Follow your breath. This one is easy peasy! Simply follow the breathe with your mind’s eye as it enters your body and exits your body. Do this inhale/exhale cycle 5 times for a quick way to bring you back to the present moment in just seconds.
  • 4-4-8. Inhale for 4 seconds. Hold for 4 seconds. And, exhale for 8 seconds. Really empty the breath on an 8 count. Repeat. You can even practice drawing in positive thoughts on the inhale and letting go of anything that doesn’t serve you on the exhale.
  • Box Breathing. Imagine the perimeter of a box. Work your breath around that box…inhale on a 4 second count…hold for 4….exhale for 4….hold for 4. And repeat.

Taking even 30 seconds to plug back in and be present is vital!

You can also take these short, simple exercises and extend the time to make this a deeper daily meditation practice.

Remember…it doesn’t have to be hard to be incredibly powerful.
