Lately I’ve been talking a lot about the importance of being in your power. This means living more deliberately; creating abundance in all areas of your life, love and business. But here’s the paradox. Most of us don’t realize that we are already abundant, whole, and powerful beyond measure.

We’ve forgotten.

I want to shine the light on the Universal Laws that have the potential to significantly affect your power and abundance in business, money, and relationships.

Think of it like your cheat sheet to life. They govern the universe… and you can learn to use them to your advantage!

Today, let’s talk about the Law of Cause and Effect.

The Law of Cause and Effect states that every effect (result) has a specific and predictable cause. Every cause or action has a specific and predictable effect. This means that everything that we currently have in our lives is an effect that is a result of a specific cause.

Let’s break it down…

The Effect is our result – the reality or what we’ve created in our lives. The Cause is what caused it.

It’s easy to make the connection between cause and effect when it’s obvious like a dropping a glass (cause) and it breaks (effect). It’s also easy to see the cause and effect when the results are ‘good’. That outcome was what we wanted so we caused that to happen.

BUT what about when we DON’T like our results?

That’s when it becomes easier to blame someone or something else, or justify the outcome with excuses.

Yet when we do this, we are violating the Law of Cause and Effect.

So what? You might be thinking.

Well coming back to being in our power. When it comes to Cause and Effect, there is SO MUCH POWER when we take 100% responsibility!

Knowing the old saying, we reap what we sow, puts the power back in our hands to sow (cause) something different.

Not happy with your current reality around money, clients, relationships, or health? Choose an area you want to change the most.

With love, know that you have created this reality. Now go back and pinpoint the cause of this reality.

Remember: Thoughts turn into Feelings turn into Vibrations turn into Results

So if you reverse engineer – from the effect to the cause – you will see you need to look at your thoughts around this topic.

For example, you might want to make more money in your business, but the idea of creating more financial abundance brings up thoughts of worthiness.

Of to get the result of more money in your business (effect), you first need to shift those thoughts of worthiness (cause). This will help lead you to the results you seek.

Now that you understand the Law of Cause and Effect, you can shortcut your efforts and begin to work directly with this law, instead of against it, by being more aware of how you are creating your own reality.
